My cordless Dolphin Liberty is not cleaning the pool properly

Let's get your Liberty robot back up and running!

First, verify that the pool's chemical and temperature levels are within the recommended ranges.

Maintaining these levels is essential to preserve robot performance and longevity.

Chlorine- maximum 4 PPM

pH- 7.0-7.8 PPM

NaCl- maximum 5000 PPM

Temperature- 6-35C/ 43-95F

After checking the chemicals and assuring they are okay, continue with these next steps:

What kind of debris is the robot collecting? Is the dirt sticky and slippery?

This might be an accumulation of algae. In this case, we recommend reaching out to your local Maytronics Elite dealer for a chemical shock treatment.

Is it fine debris like dust or sand, or large debris like tree foliage?

For fine debris, we recommend using the Ultra-Fine filter basket, and if it's larger, we suggest the Net filter basket.
